A few days ago Microsoft released Windows 11 Insider Dev Build 26120.961 where this update contains a number of improvements including the copy and qrcode options in Windows Share, the Account Manager Experience in the Start Menu and others. You can see the changelog on the page following.

However, this build update seems to have been withdrawn from launch as on June 30, 2024, Microsoft updated their release note page by adding information that the update has been temporarily stopped.

UPDATE 6/30: We have temporarily paused the enablement of these features to investigate a few issues reported by Windows Insiders. We plan to begin the enablement again shortly.

According to the report, the update rollout has been halted due to several reports from Insiders who found bugs, but it was not explained what the bugs were.

Meanwhile, until this build is released again, Windows 11 Insider Dev users can wait for further news until Microsoft re-releases the Build 26120.961 update or later.
